I have been ascending since 1999 and started to teach in 2019. I came to this practice of meditation an way of life totally by chance! But it has been the BEST SURPRISE of my life!

Being a single mom of 2 sons, and owning and operating a salon named “SHEAR SIMPLICITY “ life can be very busy and challenging… one might say chaotic at times. Ascension has helped me transform my life from chaos to simplicity.  

I also love to travel, gardening, spending time in nature, the beach, and playing with my grandchildren.
