I learned to ascend 2015, and am passionate about introducing people to experience the peace and contentment I found. I still cant quite believe how easily life can just flow!

I lived most of my life in London, and worked in housing and regeneration, til i got burnt out. I now have a slower, more peaceful life, with my husband and spaniel by the sea in Deal, outside Dover. I work as a Sleep Coach and Therapist.

I love good food and enjoy visiting the beautiful old pubs in this part of Kent.
