The End of Violence
We are often willing to go through hell to get to Heaven...
Sometimes the hardest thing to do is be gentle and easy on ourselves. Yet when you are actively gentle, the experience both in Life and in Ascension becomes so smooth and sweet.
The focus turns away from judgement and to stillness. You realise you are surrounded by heaven, already. All that was required is to let go of harshness and judgement.
This week the homework is to give up any kind of violence as if your life depended on it.
