Narashamsa

I’ve been Ascending since 2015 and in 2025 I began to teach. It was a natural progression for me to move into teaching, because experiencing the simplicity and purity of this practice made me want to share it with others.

I retired in 2023 from a career in Healthcare that began in the mid-1970s. I practiced Midwifery, Public Health Nursing, Critical Care, and Ambulance Transfer Nursing. I’m also a trained Yoga Teacher.
