My name is Soma, and I am an avid mother, partner, bicyclist, motorcyclist, skier, sailor, athlete, and general „adventurer.“

My other day job is being a family physician, helping people learn how they can heal themselves and stay healthy.​ Through both personal and professional experience, I have learned that meditation is an essential tool in achieving and maintaining a healthy body.

I love sharing this simple, elegant tool with anyone interested in experiencing life from a place of peace no matter what chaos life’s circumstances manage to produce.
