I have been practising Ascension since 2001 and teaching since 2004. At the time I learned the practice, I was balancing a career as a police officer and single parenting.

Ascension has given me a tool to choose peace in this present moment regardless of external circumstances. I enjoy yoga, health & fitness and singing.

My greatest joy is guiding a person in the use of this simple practice to a natural experience of peace.
