Developed by a researcher in London, ON, this technique has been taught to and used by both healthy people and cancer patients. It helped them to sleep much better and assisted in “alleviating insomnia”. People felt healthier, more energetic, relaxed, and positive about life and had “a general sense of peace and well being.” It is simple to use and will be taught by Surya Devi, an Ishaya Monk and currently working as a RN at the BC Cancer Agency.
