| "This path has helped me in many aspects. It showed me how destructive our minds can be, even though they’re wonderful machines! When using the Ascension Attitudes, I’m not engaged in the thinking process – one thought chained to another and the feelings identified with those thoughts. Then, I’m free to experience the Now. Each moment becomes fresh and I can respond differently to whatever is coming to me. Ascension provides me with an actual state of relaxation that I had never found before – not even when on vacation! One thing I’m still discovering about Ascension is that it is a lot more profound, deeper and more meaningful than I thought. For example, I’m starting to understand and believe, and actually see how Ascension can actually heal humanity. That’s amazing! And I’m going for that! What that means is that I not only feel lighter and experience a lot more joy and peace, but also help others “come to the kingdom of God” – everyone’s birthright! I feel honored.
