| "Throughout my life, I have, like most people, had the feeling that I
was looking for “something” - without having any idea what that
“something” was. I came to the First Sphere with no idea of what to
expect - and I can’t say I found it easy! Almost in spite of myself I
felt a connection to what was being said, and in awe of a teacher who
embodied everything he talked about. I committed to practicing for the following 6 weeks, convinced that would be it. In that short time however, my experience of Ascension transformed completely - it became something I wanted in my life. Past stresses and worries started to be replaced with a greater appreciation of the potential joy and beauty in each moment, and the realization that we always have a choice. I saw this begin to manifest, not only in my internal experience but also in my responses to situations and my reactions to others. Since then my experience has continued to transform and deepen. I see myself and the world with new eyes. The unconditional love and acceptance of the whole Ascension community is invaluable. The world feels like its starting to make sense!" |
